The Wildlife Conservation Network (WCN) partners with and supports wildlife projects around the world. WCN identifies and selects new Partners through a highly competitive application process. All of our Partners are independent and innovative field-based conservationists. They work in cooperation with local communities to develop new strategies for saving endangered wildlife and their habitats. Penguins, a new book from 2012 Wildlife Conservation Expo guest speaker Pablo Borboroglu, along with P. Dee Boersma, presents the most current knowledge on each of the eighteen penguin species and information about current conservation efforts. This beautifully illustrated book has just been nominated for a National Book Award.
